Arggh. Didn't know I could ask for a CLI at the same time as the product change.  Oh well.  Happy nonetheless that I got a product change :-)

Don't feel bad chat wouldn't have given you one I'm about 200% sure of that, EO chances are would have. At 6 months try for one on the account page. If denied try the options for EO tell them you would like to use your card more but need a limit that doesn't max out your card. Congrats again!

Thanks for the advice! I've marked my calender for the end of April 2014 to contact C1 and request a CLI :-)

If you keep following the boards and see some one asking for personal message for EO follow suite and ask for it to and save it for future reference. Your most welcome.
