So i emailed the EO with a GW letter a few days ago to try and see if they could remove two collections from a few years ago. I just received a phone call from her and she was so nice and polite. She informed me that she will try to help me out and will contact me back back by the weekend with the results. WOOOO CROSSING MY FINGERS
Don't want to send you bad vibes here, but don't expect to much from that phone call back. I tried about a month and a half ago to get some stuff fixed with the EO GW and they told me they don't do that kind of stuff right now. But then I heard that some policies are changing. Hoping you report back with some good news because then I am going back and trying again!

I just sent a goodwill email to the EO and apparently they are going remove the lates from a few years ago. I've got the call back telling me that, but i havnet had an updated credit report to show it yet so im 99% sur ethey are doing it for me but 1% still nervous, haha.
