Capital One Offer

I added my name to the list to not receive credit card offers about a year ago and I just started receiving offers from Capital One two weeks ago. Is there anything I can do about this?

Current Cards: Chase Sapphire-$5,000, Local Credit Union-$1,000

When I went to  Opt Out Credit Reports I had to register several different names because I get mail in my legal name and my nickname. Could that be a possible problem for you?

Also you can always call Cap 1 and just ask to be taken off their list.
