Capital One Platinum to Quicksilver!!!

I had a Capital One Platinum card that I started with a $300 limited after 5 months they bumped me up to $500. I called them yesterday to ask them when does my billing cycle end and the guy said that I qualify to upgrade my card to the Quicksilver one. I love that I can get 1.5% cash back on this card so I'll take it!!

they didn't bump my limit thought so do you think that now is a good idea to ask for a CLI??
