Question is theres still a chance I might get declined correct????

I had a charge off with them a long time ago and it was paid and removed.

I currently have and Orchard Card, First Premier and Kays never been late with them.

I would like to get rid of the first premier which I've had for 6 months now once I hit the 1 year mark I will close it.

Any suggestions guys?? Thanks for the help!

I feel like the Cap-1 Poster-boy now that I've suggested this card to many in this forum hahaha.  Reality, yes there's always a chance of denial but as I've stated before Capital One has been more forgiving and doesn't blacklist those who made mistakes in the past.  I would suggest going for it.  If it doesn't get approved, check the Cap1 backdoor numbers at the top of this forum and speak to someone about a down sell on the Cap1 Standard Platinum card or even their new Secured card which appears to be a new program for a lot less startup cost.

i have two.. one with an a/f and one without... i say go for it and 6 months from now close the 1st premier

I JUST did the pre-approval just being curious and got approved for their NO Hassle Rewards Card  2% on Gas & 1% on Groceries and all other purchases  WITH 0% interest until 9/11 ( I PIF everymonth anyway) it's just nice to have zero for a while....
