Capital One Pre Qualify Link Question

So I have been trying the link once in a while I always would qualify for the secured credit card. Today for my surprise I am pre qualified for this.

Congratulations! We think you'll like this pre-qualified card offer.

Credit Card Features Primary Benefit: Purchase APR: Transfer Information: Annual Fee:
Get the credit you need with a 0% Intro APR
0% Intro APR until September 2011; 17.9%-22.9% variable APR after that
17.9%-22.9% variable APR; No transfer fee
$39
Question is theres still a chance I might get declined correct????
I had a charge off with them a long time ago and it was paid and removed.
I currently have and Orchard Card, First Premier and Kays never been late with them.
I would like to get rid of the first premier which I've had for 6 months now once I hit the 1 year mark I will close it.
Any suggestions guys?? Thanks for the help!

Re: Capital One Pre Qualify Link Question

I feel like the Cap-1 Poster-boy now that I've suggested this card to many in this forum hahaha.  Reality, yes there's always a chance of denial but as I've stated before Capital One has been more forgiving and doesn't blacklist those who made mistakes in the past.  I would suggest going for it.  If it doesn't get approved, check the Cap1 backdoor numbers at the top of this forum and speak to someone about a down sell on the Cap1 Standard Platinum card or even their new Secured card which appears to be a new program for a lot less startup cost.
