Capital One Product Change?

Does anyone know how long in between doing a PC with Cap1 you have to wait to do another one? I have a QS1 card that I would really like to change to a Venture card since I already have the regular QS. The QS1 was automatically PC'd for me back in the beginning of December from their Cash Rewards card. I'd really like to have a travel associated card. Any input is appreciated!
