Capital One Secure Chat Question

Just wondering if anyone else has had a problem finding the "Secure Chat" button on the Capital One website. I have not been able to find it once I log in and select the contact us button per the instructions. Has it been disabled or moved? Thanks

I don't see it either. It was available a few weeks ago.

You have to catch it at the right time it seems. Sometimes it is there, sometimes it's not. I think if they are busy they take it down so they don't have people in the queue.

I think it pops up randomly.  I've usually had it pop up eveytime I tried to send a secure message.
