Cap one pulls all three but they use eq for the score. On my denial letter for quicksliver (I was approved thru recon) they stated things from my ex and eq reports not tu. But 655 is a very solid score for quicksliver. Have you added any other money onto the card? I would try to ad as much as you can I added another 800 to make my cl 1000 then at the 6 month mark they gave me 300 dollar unsecured increase for a total of 1300. Then when I was approvef for qs they gave me 1500. I would have the secured card for atleast 7 months then apply for quicksliver. Always try the pre qual site but I have never seen it work and I tried like 4 people in my family all of whom have much better cards then cap one quicksliver or almost anything cap one offers and nothing ever pops up. Also, Look at the barclaycard rewards try their prequal site I was approved for 500 it was my first real card plus you get free fico and no membership fee
