Capital One Shocker

Last Spring Capital One Sent me a change in term notice telling me that my fixed rate of 8.9 would be going to 17.9 V. effective April 2010. I just received a letter from them saying that they are extending my fixed rate until October 2010! Never expected that one

Re: Capital One Shocker

I just paid them off because they went to 17.9. after 8 years

It was my first time carrying heavy balance.  They also charged me an annual

fee because I combined two cards.  They said they would waive

the fee but they broke their word and  didn't do it..
