Capital One Stepping things up a lil?

So today I got a letter in the mail confirming my increase from $750 to $1,000. I wasn't expecting to get a letter. Strange is too the emvelope is addessed from Glen Allen, VA but the letter itself is addressed with the Salt Lake City address. Below I have a copy of the letter.

Dear

Thank you for your recent request for a credit line increase to your Capital One account. This letter confirms the change to your account.

We have increased your credit line by $250 to a total of $1000

Please note that all other terms governing your account still apply. We appreciate your business and look forward to our continued relationship. If you have any questions about your account, please do not hesitate to call the toll-free number on the back of your card. Thank you for choosing Capital One.

Sincerely,

Capital One

Re: Capital One Stepping things up a lil?

I know it's only a lil but at least they are trying. Last time back in December when they increased me from $500 to $750 i didn't get this letter so to get this letter today I was surprised. Generic as it is, at least they are trying to keep me. Smiley Very Happy

When I got my CLI from Cap1, the letter I got had yellow balloons printed all over it. It was a celebration I guess lol

Congrats

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?
