Yep, that's the thing about capone. You don't know where you stand with them. And when you ask them where you stand with them...they don't know where you stand with them. But there is a computer there that does know...but no one can talk to it because it talks in computerese.

And the worst thing about Cap One, they pull all three even for their sub prime. Jesus even AMEX pulls only one bureau (in my case at least)

for some reason, when i got my apped on my preapp for b of a cash rewards, for some reason they pulled both transunion and experian, it was good thought they didn't pull equifax, because i had just gotten a hard pull from infiniti (i thought infiniti was going to be a soft pull -- 'to get preapproved'). anyway, i agree, it does seem a bit unusual to pull ALL three.
