Oh, I'm sure people don't always tell the truth on these forums (President Obama commented on this to me when we having breakfast with the Queen last week) but was is, if this wasn't FRS, "stupid" is making blanket statements that an issuer NEVER gives high limits like that without the necessary assurance that that was in fact true. Especially when it wasn't!
