I have the Platinum, got the upgrade to Quicksilver. I'm still in credit steps, wating on my CLI next month.

Same here. I've tried three times to get a CLI via the button, no dice, since I activated my Platinum in February, and PC'ed it to QS last month, so I suppose the Credit Steps is my best chance for a CLI right now.

I also got my Platinum in Feb. 2017, I was able to get a $100 CLI after 3 months. August is when I'm supposed to get my credit steps CLI.

I wish I could take a screen shot. I finally got an upgrade offer, but it's for the exact same card & design. Says Keep your Fee (I have a $39 AF QS1). What's the "upgrade"?? 😂😂
