Capital One cli question

I just received my credit steps increase on my cap one quicksilver one from $500 to $3500 😁. My question is since I did not receive a cli prior to my credit steps increase am I still eligible to request an increase or do I have to wait 6 months?

I actually did do the online chat this morning, I figured since I'm not eligible for a cli for 6 months I might as well see about an upgrade. But, unfortunately there were no offers available. I was able to upgrade my platinum to a quicksilver one after I completed steps but not for this card.
