That's true for GE, BoA and a few others. I haven't personally tried the address update with Cap 1.

I believe July was delayed to their transition with HSBC

This seems to have caused the recent problems because I have never seen this from cap1 until this last transition didn't happen with Orchard

Re: Capital One doesn't report every month

Same issue here, my statement cuts on the 2nd and my last update was on July 9th. I'm down from 94% to 5%..... I'm expecting a rewarding bump so I will try to remain patient. :X

+1 here.  My statement closed on the 5th and still hasn't reported to Experian (I subscribe monthly to Experian so I get updates whenever there's a change in my report).  They also missed a month back in February of this year for me as well.  It shows up as ND (No Data) on my report.

Starting Score: 609
Current Score: EX: 723 (08/18), TU: 741 (08/15), EQ: 695(08/15)

Re: Capital One doesn't report every month

My capital one statement closed on the aug 11 and should of reported aug 12 but still hasn't... :/ need it to update for a mortgage. My balance was $270, paid it down to $0 on July 20th and still hasn't updated. Everyone should update their before and after score I am curious how much my score will go up.
