Really? That's good to hear. I'm trying to wrap up my work projects early so I can call them today, the person leaving me a voicemail said he'd be avaialble until 4:30.

I have this irrational fear that they'll go berserk for me bothering their executive office and they'll close my accounts and report something horrible on my reports.

I know that's not going to happen but that's my excuse for procrastinating with work.

You were completely right, he was extremely nice and helpful. Not at ALL like the usual Cap One people you have to talk to. He confirmed they hadn't updated my info like they should, but after he put in a request this morning they fixed it. He said that's definitely not how it should've happened and that he's going to pass on a notice about looking into their procedure, since it seems like someone failed at doing their job.

Can I get that number as well? I had a horrible experience with Capital One frontline CSRs tonight followed by a very positive one with a very nice American account manager. I want to bring it to the highest level for a complaint as well as compliment for the guy who helped me out. I also filed through him and he will be sending a complaint to his higher ups.
