Capital One help needed. Please!!!!!

Ok  we all have our bad stories of Cap One. I wont bother you with mine. I was just needing help getting an e-mail for a CEO or  something more than just the regular Customer Service. I need some action from Capital One not promises with dead ends.  Thanks for your help.

im not sure about the ceo but you can try the exec number. in the sticky thread. 

they are usually good.
