Recently got a pre-approved offer for a Capital One card and accepted. Pretty straightforward. However when I asked about consolidating the accounts I was told they no longer do such a thing. Called back and spoke with a second rep whom said the same thing but said that due to the new credit revisions they are not currently offering credit line increases or consolidations. Has anyone heard otherwise?
