Capital One online - removing closed accounts

Have to call and have them un-enroll your cards then you create a new accounts as stated..  Takes a call though!

Got it. Was thinking for some reason I could re-enroll without the call. I get easily confused sometimes!

Remember to reset up your text and alerts.

Thats the only reason I haven't done mine yet.

That's awesome to hear! 

I do have one question... were you able to re-use your previous login?

If not, I will change mine to something 'throw-away' before the CSR does their magic, that way my 'real' login will be available when I re-enroll.

I use the Capital One 360 app and my closed accounts don't show. If you want to view acct detail though, it will transfer you back to the original page
