Re: Capital One raised my limit to $2000!

I've been logging on everyday since mentions of CLI from cap1 started on this forum.  I have yet to see a CLI.  Hopefully I see it soon.

Ditto! Just about died today when I logged in and saw an interesting change I'm not used to.

Had them for the past 5 years, at a $500 CL.. Today go in and now I'm at $1500 so a $1000 CLI and I had over a 50% balance on the $500 CL too funny..

Re: Capital One raised my limit to $2000!

I just checked my acct with Capital One and I went from 400(in the last 5yrs) to 2500.  I am so excited.  I was starting to get a little upset with everyone else getting CLIs..

Re: Capital One raised my limit to $2000!

Still no luv for from them, I'm going to give it until the end of the month, then I'm cancelling them and they will no longer be in my wallet. They've served their purpose but with the cards that I have attained along with the CL's, CapOne has become expendable to me. Thanks capone, but paying an AF on a $500 CL card, I no longer have to be subjected to that..Congrats to all who've been fortunate this month to get CLI's, I'm going to wait and see if my number gets called...Smiley Indifferent

Re: Capital One raised my limit to $2000!

I won't be getting a auto CLI, cause I'm currently in credit steps program. Five more billing cycles for me before they make $500 ---> $750 CLI.

Congrats to those who are getting a CLI.

Re: Capital One raised my limit to $2000!

Hi guys, new to the forum but thought id share my resulkts with C1 as of late.

Card: Visa Platinum (no rewards, no fee)

I had a $1500 limit for about the past 2 years without any change. In Oct. I called C1 to get a CLI but was told there was nothing they could do. Then I checked my card in Nov. and my limit increased to $3000! Today I check again and they raised it to $4500!! wohoo. CapOne must be in the christmas spirit!

Card utilization was prob hovering around 30-40% over the past year but ive been good about paying it off quickly wihtin the last few months. I prob charge about $500/month and pay it off in full now. Credit utilization on the card is now <10%, and my CreditKarma score finnaly reached 701.
