Just called the backdoor number for Capital One from this post http://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Credit-Card-Applications/Backdoor-Numbers/td-p/408066. I have a limit of 2500 and was given a 250 increase to 2750 via their online CLI button. Was hoping for a much higher increase considering FICO is low 700's with <10% utilization rate . Called for a recon and The gentleman told me to apply again online. I requested a loan officer or account specialist who could better serve me. Put on hold and was hung up on while waiting. What can I do?
