Best buy switch to Citi I just checked my report on CreditKarma and it said this below.
I have seen others have the same problem my question is does this mean Capital One closed it and left a balance on my credit report? and if I need to call and have them fix it or will it show $0 closed account? I plan on paying the $247.24 and then just close it completely.. Any suggestions would be appreciated.. thanks
