Capital One reporting late??

I payed off my Capital One card almost 2 months ago...checked the account (card site) and it shows a 0 balance...YET i got a drop in my credit score today saying that I had an increase in my credit card balance (capital one) of 23 dollars...my previous balance wasn't even that amount and i don't have a balance right now at all...When was the last reporting..are they that far behind??????
