Are you still suggesting that people call a couple times and ask for an increase before their steps kick in, or is there no point. I already got a letter saying it would increase from 300 to 500 after my next few payments, but friend will be on here 14th month in a couple weeks and has not gotten an increase since the intiial increase to 500.
