Capital One website down??

I wanted to pay my bill today, and it's been down all day. Is this usual or unsual 

for them?!?!

I called in to make my payment, because when I logged in twice today, it said they were experiencing difficulties, or something along those lines, and to call the number they provided if I had any questions. So, I called that # and paid my bill; which is due on Saturday, but I didn't want to forget.
