Capital One world MC?

I called CO to do a PC from my Platinum card to a quicksilver. They said no problem you will see a new card in 7-10.

Today I log in and see that it is a world MasterCard?

Does anyone know the difference?

Will this still be a Quicksilver?

Your thoughts and experiences are appreciated.

Yes it will be a QS, and congratulations, the WMC version is rarer and has more benefits. Most people won't use them, but it certainly doesn't hurt to have them!

I see. So it will look like the one you have pictured.  Is it metal?

It will not be metal. It actually won't look exactly like the one in my sig either. The QS WMC still has the red and yellow "clown logo", whereas it is silver in my sig. I could not find a stock photo of a QS WMC with the traditional MC logo.
