So i got denied completetly for capital one.  When of if I call to recon?  what do I say or how do i go about that?

Cap1 isnt really recon friendly. I've heard one story of a successful recon with them.

What card did you app for and what are your scores?

Edit your post and give a ton more detail- I would be no good for answering your question, but to expedite getting a reasonable answer, give the knowledgable people here some information. They have no idea:

What other credit you do or do not have,

What baddies you do or do not have,

What credit history you do or do not have,

What your AAoA is (if there is any),

etc,

etc.
