What scores does Capital One seem to be approving at for a non secured card?

Low 600 is what I have seen but you will get an AF card.

+1000...and they'll put you in a program called credit steps where you make 6 on time payments and you'll get a small bump on the 7th statement. If you're lucky you might get one more increase on this card but that will be about it. But this is a rebuilder card so don't get upset and call them "crap one", just apply for a better card when your credit profile supports one...
