Capital one CLI aproach

What's the best aproach for a CLI. Did online request in Oct $1000 -> $1500. I'm looking to get a limit of >$2500. I have 5yrs credit history with no late payments. I would prefer to talk to a person. FICO Credit score 746.

Is there a special number to call? I called a back door number I found on here for Capitol One and was transferred twice then told I had to use automated system or online. Went online and received 7-10 msg. Would be grateful for a useful number! Thanks!!
