i have 2 credit cards with capital one one was regular capitalone credit card and one was hsbc household after they sold it to Cap1 my limit with cap1 is 4k and now my hsbc Cap1 is only 900 and they wont increase always getting 7-10 days massege anyone can PM me the EO number so i can call them

Chances are They wont help with a direct call. You can either google email for CEO Capital1 or message Cap1 through Facebook. If contacting through Facebook tell them you have been denied a CLI and would like them check your account for a possible CLI. Only include zip code and home phone number no personal information. They will call. Good Luck!
