you: I was wondering if I could get someone to manually review my credit card profile to get it PC to a card with no AF.

you: I wanted to get a product change from my Plainium Mastercard that has an AF to one that does not have an AF.
you: I was not sure if there is a certain department I should speak to in order to get a soft pull on my credit report for review in Product Changing.

you: No, I don't want to apply for a new card, I wanted to upgrade my current account to a new card.
you: I have already applied for a Cash Rewards card and gotten approved, but I wanted to PC my current Platnium card.
