I have a secured card. Do you think I could lose the annual fee?
How did you get a Chase......even if flat. I want that card.

I'm already at $3k, so I doubt they would do anything. My Coke and NFCU cards have no annual fee, so while Cap1 is at $29, I wish I could grow the card in some way

So far....I'm already annoyed with the conversation:
Hi and welcome to our Capital One chat service! One of our Account Specialists will be right with you. Your chat may be monitored and recorded.
You are now chatting with Jeffery
Jeffery: Thank you for visiting Capital One. I'd be happy to help you with your account questions. Whom do I have the pleasure of chatting with today?
you: XXXX
Jeffery: Hello XXXXX.
Jeffery: How may I assist you today?
you: I was wondering if I could get someone to manually review my credit card profile to get it PC to a card with no AF.
you: I am not eligible via the modify your features link on the website.
Jeffery: Could you please be more specific?
Jeffery: Just to clarify do you wish to know more options on modifying features on your account?
you: I wanted to get a product change from my Plainium Mastercard that has an AF to one that does not have an AF.
you: I was not sure if there is a certain department I should speak to in order to get a soft pull on my credit report for review in Product Changing.
Jeffery: Yes, you can apply for a new card and I will be glad to help you with the link to select a new card.
Jeffery: Would that be okay?
you: No, I don't want to apply for a new card, I wanted to upgrade my current account to a new card.
you: I have already applied for a Cash Rewards card and gotten approved, but I wanted to PC my current Platnium card.
Jeffery: Thank you for clarifying.
COME ON!!!!
