Capital one now have 6 month rule between applications. Does it also apply to saks 5th ave store card as well since it is issued by capital one bank?

Once Capital One has approved one for a card, the person must wait 6 months before Capital One will approve them for another card.

Ok Cool, I got Neiman Marcus on yesterday, so I will have to wait 6 months for Saks 5th Ave..... Bummer
