No it does not not. You can hit it as many times as you want and you probably still wont get the increase if it's shy of 6 months since your last one.....good luck!!...

Yep, in the past a combo has counted as a CLI (i.e. reset the six month clock).
Of course take this with a grain of salt, though, since many things have changed recently with Capital One and a lot of the old "rules" seem to no longer apply.
I have to admit I'm kind of up in the air about this myself. I opened my Capital One unsecured Plat in February - approved 2/10, activated 2/18 - so I'm considering making my first manual CLI attempt in a couple of weeks, but then again, should I wait another 3 months? (scratching head)
You can try at the 3 month mark. It is a SP so it will not hurt you no matter the result.....good luck!!
You can do that, but it might be simpler just to call and ask when you last CLI was.
