Capital one recon

I recently applied for a capital one card. I had two cards with them but decided to close one of the accounts and then apply for another. I was denclined because I had applied before and was declined because I already had two accounts with them. Is there anything i can do?

Can't hurt to try some of the backdoor numbers and see if you can do a successful recon.
