Generally Cap One will give you an auto CLI every 6 mos; if you don't get one ask for a luv button CLI... it's a soft pull so nothing to worry about.
I believe they most appreciate your paying the whole account down to zero on a frequent basis.
+1 - after 6 months, you can ask for soft pull CLIs whenever you want (not that you should all that frequently) - but your total line is usually related to your starting line. That is, if you start with a $500 limit, that card will probably never see $10k ever.
