You must have gotten a nicer rep than I did! She kept trying to tell me to keep the card open. I was like uhh.. no. You have almost $3k of my money, charge me an annual fee, and the card has no chance of ever unsecuring. She tried to spin something about how I 'needed' it since my unsecured Cap One card is a lower CL. Yeah, no thanks. My shredder had the card for dinner last night, and I feel better for it.
I got the same 'up to 2 statement cycles' timeframe, but their executive office said that it's usually less. It all depends on your statement cycle etc. My statement was due to cut on 5th (January), so I'm hoping they don't delay it too much.
