CapitalOne reporting time

I know everyone says that CapOne is slow in reporting to the cr's when new.   Is it the same if my new Venture card cut a statement today,  after only having it for 12 days?  I have a $476 balance,  shouldn't they report that to the cr's?  TIA

Re: CapijtalOne reporting time

I don't think they are slow, so much as they are oddly inconsistent.

I had one card that didn't cut a statement until the third week, then didn't report until the 2nd statement, and another one with them that cut a statement and reported to CR's about 5 days after activation.

Venture card average time for reporting seems to be within 1 week after 2nd statement cuts. My other cap1 cards reported sooner.

All my C1s report to the CB a few days after statement closing.
