Each different type of Cap1 CC has a CL cap. Since this is the case I am pretty sure each individual card is going to be evaluated as such, although it is always possible you could hit an income-to-total available CL's point and they would cut you off. I would avoid obtaining multiple lower level Cap1 cards. Wait until you are likely to be approved for a higher level product before app'ing for an additional Cap1 card.
