I just received the Capitol One (No Hass. cash) How wouldn I know if it has the annual fee? They look the same on their website. I couldn't understand the rep from India on the phone. Does the fee get deducted from the limit?

It should be stated in your paper copy of the T&C.

AF are usually billed, will show on your statement.
