Capitol one luv button question?

I saw that with the online luv button it's a auto letter or you get an increase, but you have the option to turn down the increase. That being said, has anyone turned down the amount only to try again a day/week/month later and got a higher amount?

Wouldn't know, I've never turned down any increase offered/requested. Closed CapOne card as well. Good luck.
