Hi all, I settled my Captial One Card. I only paid the principal balance but I was told that they would report a $0 balance once the payment cleared. It has and the remaining balance was $858.00. But, they are still reporting a high balance of $1065.00 and a charge off of $956.00. I sent a GW letter hoping that they will remove it from credit report. What should I did next? Captial One is not reporting my account info right? Should I dispute it with the Credit reporting agencies? Thanks in advance!!!
