Well good to know I'm not missing much I just saw on some previous forms that Discover likes to see alot of usage to get a significant increase. Maybe you can use that to pay your bills?

If you're looking to maximize utilities, check out the Huntington Voice. It has different rewards categories and utilities is one you can choose. I'll be getting 3% back on my water, gas, electric and cable/internet bills.

US Bank Cash+ you can get 5% on your cellphone bill.

Does the Huntington Voice points actually convert as 3%? They offer 3pts for every dollar right? Same as the Barclay Rewards; they offer 2pts for every dollar. Does that convert into 2% cashback?

It's one cent per point so, yes, its a true 3% Cash back in your chosen category.
