It's a website called card match dot com. It's purely a marketing site for credit cards and no one should apply for any credit card based on 'recommendations' from them.

It's not from the original creditors so they aren't actual preapprovals. They just make suggestions based on your TU credit profile (it's the same thing that Credit Karma does). Both of those sites get advertising dollars from the creditors.
Read the dislcosure at the bottom of the credicards.com creditmatch page.
