Other than cards that offer that introductory 0% APR, what's the card with the lowest APR?
Did a bit of searching and found the Barclay Ring @ 8% (also found cards issued by Zions bank to be 7-7/25% but I don't live in either Idaho or Utah) but are there any cards that have even lower APRs?
Simmons First has 7.25%, but no rewards.
oops proly should have mentioned - not really worried about the rewards part...I just wanted a cc as a jic I ever need to do a balance transfer (all of my current ones I believe are 13%+ APRs)
Iberia bank is usually pretty low too, but 7.25% is the lowest I've seen recently. I recalled seeing 5.99% in the past?

I want that! My lowest 8% from my CU because it has no rewards
I've got a Citi Pro with a 7.24% APR.
Before the feds "helped" people, my lowest was a Discover with a 3.99%.
At one time Citi had a preferred APR that people with perfect credit were offered. DGF has them at 6.24%, forever.
Just did a bit more research into the Simmons First & Iberia Bank and found their APR to be Prime + 4% (which is fine now since the prime rate is so low but is there a way to get a fixed rate so I won't be screwed later?)
