Cards You Just Can't Seem To Obtain!

Ever app for a card over.. and over.. and over again only to be denied each and every time? You have an amex.. you have a chase card.. you have a citi yet discover just wont give you that card! Or maybe its Amex that wont budge? What card do you continuously app for but just cant seem to get!?

For me.. It's Discover.. App'd 3 times and each time its a big ol' NOPE!

Goal: 700 and an Amex Card!

For me, Walmart. I tried on line 3 or 4 times this past year. Always declined and never could recon the request.

Finally at the end of last year, I stopped and App'd at a store and was approved with a BIG $600 limit. I was approved for the Discover version and this was last December.

Today, the CL sits at $4600. I'll work the CLI again once the next few months go by.

I only use this card for booze at Sam's club!  Smiley Happy Maybe $100 per month - max...

Two steps, first CLI was from $600 to $1600. Next from $1600 to $4600 where it sits today. I do not need this card but I keep it open for the free TU FICO.

I think in three months, I can try for another CLI. Goal is $10k for this card.
