Liability will be covered if you have it through your insurance policy.
Amex covers the rest if you take it per rental - $17 in California and $25 in the other 49 states I believe.
CSP covers it for free.
Most of the other cards provide secondary coverage.
I have one question though - Does anybody know if BOA travel rewards visa card provide basic secondary coverage?
