Has anyone had experience with getting an auto CLI with a card that is not being used or showing activity? I am not asking about rebuilder cards with built in steps, but a regular credit card where the lender automatically give a CLI based upon improvements in your profile or seeing other lenders giving higher lines without having to be asked for it.
Cap1. Used 1 time for 5$ in 6 months and went from $750 to $3750

Ditto on Capital One.
Hard to believe, but 18 months ago, I only had 2 credit cards: Capital One Platinum (1% back everywhere) and Discover It (5%-1%).
Then I added a few more cards in 2014 including BofA AAA (3%-2%-1%) and Chase Amazon (3%-2%-1%), among others.
Getting better rewards with other cards and needing to meet some bonus spend, I SD the Capital One Platinum card last summer.
While the Capital One Platinum was SD, the following happened:
In October, I got an auto CLI from $2000 to $2500.
In January, I got another auto CLI from $2500 to $3500.
I called Capital One and yelled at them asking, "Why do you keep raising my CL? That's not gonna make me use the card unless I can get more rewards like I'm getting with my other cards."
They offered to PC my card to a QS and give me another CLI to $4500.
In February, I found this forum. Now I have too many cards, and only the Citi Prestige gets much action these days.
Cap One for me as well. It's funny because I requested CLI for the card I was using, they denied it, then a couple days later they give me a $2000 increase on the card that's been SD.
