@ SouthJamaica I received the same response. They also told me it depends on their internal scoring method then they result to the CR

It's always been a hp for m through the automated system. I requested a CLI via chat and got the 7-10 oh well 🤷🏽‍♀️ Idk if it's a sp yet as I have received any alerts yet

I seen this thread and had to try :-) I am at 4,500.00 now, put in 8,000, they countered with putting me at 6,000 or HP . I took the 6,000!!
