Care Credit increased line from $500 to $10,000!

Ive had. Care Credit card for 3 plus years. Never any increases....Decided to ask for increase and the sysyem said no to a $10,000 request...Well, not no but it told me it was unable to approve but to hold for a represenitive. I just hung up..Then about 2 weeks later I get a letter saying they increased to $10,000 from $500! The only reason I requested $10,000 was so that after they turned me down they would counter.

It was a hard pull for me and yes it counts as utilization - CONGRATULATIONS!  I did the same thing, went from 2K to 7500.  So nice!  I had to go use it though bc I hadn't used it in a while and am worried they'd close it.  (Vet trips are perfect for carecredit!)
